Freedom of expression prevails. The Iceland Court of Appeals has today passed judgement in the case of @ADL vs. @1984ehf. ADL requested that mapliberation.org would be taken down. The request was denied. See all court docs here: litigation.1984.hosting

A Reykjavik District court has refused @ADL request for injunction against @1984ehf so mapliberation.org will stay online. ADL has 2 weeks to appeal the judgement. Fun fact: ADL has not pressed charges for any of the alleged crimes on the site. Because there are none.
