The city has taken steps backwards in expanding our tree canopy. San José needs to aggressively & rapidly increase the planting of not just trees but pocket forests, particularly in low-income neighborhoods, to improve air quality, reduce temperatures & enhance biodiversity.

This opening World Cup weekend, dad enjoyed the matches and the food as we had a chili dog (vegan of course 😎) and a beer to watch the USA triumph and made some aloo gobi to as we watched the great Japan/Netherlands match… even had time for some walks in between all the food!
