    SGP-0001 ratified stake-weighted voting as @solana's formal decision process. It also wrote in a delegator override. You can vote against the validator you delegate to, directly, on any proposal. That mechanism saw use during the SGP-0002 vote itself. Delegation moves your

    Late, but worth it. Solana's first governance round: SGP-0002 passed by 0.33%. The proposal defining the governance framework was still pending while proposals ran under it. Full breakdown available on Substack, the link is in the article👇

    We split our SGP-2 vote. 30% yes, 70% no. A validator vote is not one opinion. It is stake belonging to people who do not all agree, and a binary vote flattens that. We voted the same way on SIMD-0228.

    We voted yes on SGP-3. It is projected to cut validator income by about 4%, ours included. A fee that prices what a transaction actually consumes pushes developers toward efficient programs. A more efficient chain is worth 4% to us because it benefits everyone.
