OMG, going round in bloody circles trying to get an online account with @SF_England so I can be a parental support for my daughter. Phone line has a 1( min wait and none of the options are right. Then they cut you off.
@RoyalMailHelp You've misdirected my mum's birthday present twice now. I paid for 24hr service - due to arrive Weds, but still no sign of it. Once I can understand, but twice?! First to Wells, then Avonmouth (which is at least closer). When might she expect it?
