Interesting that LLMs can make graph descriptions, but could they just draw diagrams? Or could text-to-image diffusion models? Are diagramming aesthetics and constraints too absolute and combinatorial, not probabilistic enough?
Homebrew graphviz depends on python, clang/gcc, ghostview, webkit, who knows, swig? R? because build environment and optional packages are made into requirements. It’s not just homebrew, either. There’s a lot of overkill in other popular build environments.
@Michcioperz not familiar with Android, but iOS attempts this with the little App Library folders it makes for you. “News!” “Creativity!” Games. Shopping and Food. For some reason they don’t seem that helpful.
@thingskatedid Is the main issue that splines for two-cycles (or 2 parallel edges between the same nodes) aren’t drawn symmetrically? Specifically if there are labels? We agree symmetry is important, dl.acm.org/doi/10.1145/32… Wish our algs in C were not so brittle.
