En route to tape today’s @BleacherReport stream at 5pm ET. Kawhi Leonard, sources say, is in Miami among an organized minicamp of Raptors players. Toronto is waiting for Los Angeles to move forward with the agreed-upon trade that Leonard and the Raptors expect to be completed.

Multiple sources with knowledge of the situation have long indicated that if the NBA levied any significant punishment against the Clippers, Los Angeles would strongly pursue arbitration. This is a statement from an organization ready to battle with the league office.

The Clippers announce that they “vehemently reject” the NBA’s conclusions and sanctions” and say “we intend to vigorously challenge these findings and penalties through every avenue available to us and look forward to an ethical and impartial arbitration process.”
