Corruption can feel too big to beat. It's not. We beat it in Watergate, forced politicians to disclose their finances, took on corrupt lobbyists, and limited big money in state elections. Only because people refused to look away. So keep speaking up.

An Anthropic researcher just quit, warning they're racing to superintelligence. An employee still there agreed, and put the odds of AI killing all humans above 10%. This is an emergency. Congress must convene hearings and pass my and Bernie’s superintelligence ban.

I resigned from Anthropic today. I spent the last three years doing pretraining research at both OpenAI and Anthropic. Neither company is acting responsibly. They are racing straight to self-improving superintelligence and gambling with our lives. More thoughts below.

The UK and other allies just imposed a trade ban and sanctions on illegal Israeli settlements in the West Bank. This is a step in the right direction and toward ending the occupation. The US must do the same.

Corporations shouldn't get to spy on you and then charge you more than the person next to you. That's surveillance pricing. I have a bill to ban it. Now 30-plus companies are lobbying DC to keep doing it. We can and must beat them.
