This is a big win for Massachusetts families!
@MassGovernor just signed an executive order declaring that no data center can be built without local approval, and the tech companies pay for their own energy instead of passing the buck to residents.
Now, Congress should pass
Communities deserve a full voice in whether data centers are built in their backyards.
Unless they say yes, our answer is no.
