Yes, the officials definitely said "you know, if we can give Michigan one more shot at a Hail Mary, they'll probably win this!"... I don't understand the call or how they could have determined time did not expire but there is an explanation, agree or disagree, that isn't that.

DC had the beating of Marvel with #manofsteel great cast great story brilliant film @ZacSnyder then DC went all woke with the biggest downgrade of a super hero character in living memory. From man of steel to man of wet wipe!!
