I think part of the reason HyperEVM lost its spark is that we lost the cultural side of Hyperliquid.
Every time I talk to people outside the eco they're all like "I'm not interested in Hyperliquid, I don't trade perps."
To them Hyperliquid is just a perp dex, they have no idea
