I’m a little sad that I was too young to have seen The Three Amigos old enough to understand how fucking funny this movie was. I memorised it before I could truly, really appreciate the genius of the comedy.

I know people who really dislike Jay Leno, but I find it hard to not respect a 76 year old man who has accomplished the peak of this type of career, never needs to work again and still does standup presumably just for the pure love of it.

I wanted to get an idea of how capable a local LLM is at doing a real project, so I made a Twitter clone via Muse Glimmer on a slightly older M4. It's surprisingly capable on not ridiculous hardware.

I've always had a personal problem with feeling the driving need to create custom presentation software for my conference talks. Agentic software has taken this disease to a new and frightening level. My Git Merge talk is in Unreal Engine.
