Why oh why do I rent from #Hertz at LAX. This is the line for Gold. No preassigned cars and we can’t just pick from the Presidents Circle lane.
They have staff here who aren’t wanting to talk to us.
@Hertz why is your LAX location always such a mess? This is the line to the Gold Counter because we aren’t allowed here to just pick something from the Presidents Circle. And they don’t have any cars assigned.
EVERY SINGLE TIME AT THIS LOCATION ITS A MESS.
