So do this:
Replying to @floriandarroman @asyncr0ne and @GoDaddy
1. Find a low competition keyword with some traffic
2. Build a 1 feature (free) minitool around it
3. Implement keyword on the website
4. Get a few backlinks
5. Wait for traffic to flow in
6. Sell for 10k to a business in the same niche listed on the second of google results
