I’m learning an insane amount at the edge of applied AI.
One uncomfortable conclusion:
Most early-stage software startups may no longer need an engineering team.
I have a feeling we're still talking about AI at the wrong level.
Prompts.
Agents.
Loop Engineering.
They all matter.
But what if the real competitive advantage isn't better AI...
...it's businesses that systematically become better at learning?
