for those curious, with @claudeai we built an in-house .webm duration patcher, so we don't have to load the entire video into memory just to fix its duration.

I have the same problem but with todos. I want a desktop todo app like Things 3, where I can connect all my accounts and the agent just creates todos for me or I can delegate them directly and spin up new threads.
