Day 4 - 🐣🚲 Marketplaces live or die by the “chicken-and-egg” problem. Today I’m sharing exactly how I’m cracking it for Bikeana—a new hub for finding quality used bikes locally.👇
Infographic titled “Bikeana: Cracking the Chicken-and-Egg.” Three columns: 1) Seed Supply—free 90-day listings, photo kit, QR tags, low fee. 2) Spark Demand—build-in-public posts, local ads, buyer waitlist. 3) Build Trust—escrow & 24-hour inspection, simple condition tiers, verified shop profiles.

Insightful, and what I've heard from the big players like @garyvee . I was wondering how many organic conversions can be considered enough of a signal to start thinking about ads/boosts...

Ads amplify what already works. They don’t fix what’s broken. If you can’t convert 5 people organically, you shouldn’t spend to reach 5000. Test small. Learn fast. Scale only what resonates.
