The Georgia Court of Appeals issued a stay of the injunction granted to five-for-five plaintiffs in the Godfrey case, joining the courts of appeal in Ohio and Tennessee (plus the Tenth Circuit in Wisne).
This is an interesting one. Putting the pro part aside, Kaufman-Renn is a Class of 2021 guy, but missed his 2022 freshman season due to injury. I'm guessing this is a waiver + five-for-five type of argument... definitely an expansion of the Class of 2022 cases we've seen.
NEW: Minnesota Timberwolves draft pick Trey Kaufman-Renn has been granted a temporary restraining order against the NCAA allowing him to join a college team, @nwbaird reports.
Kaufman-Renn played college ball at Purdue.

LSU has finalized its 105-man roster, and it will not include ex-NFL players. CB Aidan Anding and DE Gabriel Reliford have been added on the eve of SEC's federal court hearing. SEC planned to vote Thursday on whether to expel LSU.
We'll see how LSU's move tonight affects that.
