I want to highlight another item in addition to Arno who is clearly a rising star if not a star already: A future rising star @DaolangHuang was a runner-up in the race. We will certainly hear more of him later! (Sorry to induce pressure on you Daolang...)

.@AIFinlandHQ has recognized Arno Solin as the AI researcher of the year 🎉 @arnosolin leads the deep learning research program at FCAI as well as the Finnish Doctoral Program in AI (a network of 10 Finnish universities coordinated by @AaltoUniversity). Congrats Arno!
