@airindia Being unable to help is one thing and making someone hold the call for 31 minutes is a different thing; quite sad and disappointing. Certainly, Vistara is not going in the right hands. The long legacy of a premium airline ended yesterday.

@Avis There is a deduction of 726 EURO on my credit card from Avis without any explanation of the charges. My car rental was all prepaid. None of your customer care numbers are reachable and none of my emails are being replied to either. Please help.
