Alex Theroux is a design leader with over a decade of experience and a passport full of stamps from Asia and North America. He’s spent his career obsessed with how we interact with the world around us. At Clio, he focuses on talking to customers and translating their needs (and frustrations) into elegant solutions. He’s a firm believer that the best design is the kind that gets out of your way so you can get back to your life.

I lead the Financial Technology engineering teams at Clio. We help our customers track their time, manage their expenses, invoice their clients and get paid. I’m based out of Toronto and look forward to meeting you at ClioCon.

Rachel Azeroual is an Account Executive on the Velocity Team within Customer Sales at Clio, where she partners with law firms to drive growth and operational efficiency through innovative legal technology. She is also an expert in Clio’s AI solutions, helping firms leverage automation and intelligence to streamline workflows and scale their practices. With a strong background in client relationship management and consultative sales, Rachel is known for her energetic, relationship-first approach and ability to navigate complex sales cycles with confidence. Based in Vancouver, she is committed to delivering impactful solutions that support the evolving needs of modern legal professionals.

Nidhi Gurnani is a Group Product Manager at Clio, where she leads the portfolio of products focused on transforming legal drafting and document automation. She specializes in building data-driven and AI-powered solutions that streamline complex legal workflows, and unlock greater efficiency for legal professionals. She is passionate about reimagining the role of judgement, trust and expertise in an AI-native era of legal services. Outside of work, Nidhi loves to dabbles in coffee and has sampled coffee from over 100 estates in the world.

Sangeeta Prasad is an Account Manager on the Scaled Customer Success team at Clio, where she helps solo practitioners and small law firms build efficient business systems and get more value out of Clio Manage and Clio Grow. She works directly with attorneys navigating the challenges of running and growing a small practice, and brings that hands-on experience to every session she facilitates.

Madeline Webster, currently Development Manager of the Matters team at Clio, is passionate about continuous learning, experimentation, and creating excellent customer experiences. Madeline is an accomplished speaker who has presented at AWS re:Invent, AWS re:Inforce and PlatformCon. Madeline also enjoys sharing her experiences with others through her blog, is an active volunteer in her community, and an advocate for women and girls in STEM.

Olisa de Sousa has made it her mission to ensure that people — not just processes — are at the heart of every technology rollout. From her roots in Account Management and Customer Success to her current role as an Intermediate Onboarding Specialist, she has partnered with stakeholders at every level of an organization, building bridges between complex systems and the humans who use them. Olisa has an exceptional ability to listen, translate, and connect — making technical concepts feel intuitive and empowering for any audience. She believes that the best technology in the world means nothing without the right people guiding others through it.

Jenna Yang is a Product Marketing Manager at Clio, where she focuses on communications, Clio’s mobile apps, and the overall client experience. She is passionate about connecting the dots between great product and the real, everyday impact it has on law firms and their clients. Outside of work, you can find Jenna nose-deep in a good book, cheering on her favourite Formula 1 team, or experimenting with a new baking recipe.

Julia Evteeva is a Product Designer at Clio, currently on the Data Ubiquity team, where she focuses on making data accessible and meaningful across the product. With experience spanning PLG, Scheduling, and cross-product experiences in Matters and Contacts, she brings a broad perspective on how legal professionals interact with Clio every day. Julia is passionate about the intersection of data and workflow automation, including how features like custom fields can help law firms eliminate administrative burden and focus on what matters most: their clients.

Chris Beauregard is a Director of Product Management for Clio’s Document Management System (DMS). He joined Clio in late 2025 from Mailchimp, where he spent 12 years as a product and engineering leader. A Georgia Tech graduate, he has lived in Atlanta since, enjoying the Virginia Highland neighborhood with his wife and four children.

Alex is a Product Manager at Clio, based in British Columbia, Canada, where he helps build Clio Grow and Grow AI. Alex has spent his career building for highly regulated industries, and he’s especially interested in how AI can be applied thoughtfully in legal tech, where client trust matters most. Alex is passionate about building tools that give lawyers their time back so they can focus on the human side of legal practice. He’s excited to share what the Grow AI team is building and how it’s reshaping intake for modern firms.

Alex Shaffer is a Senior Product Manager at Clio, where he leads development of AI-powered legal drafting solutions across the Clio product ecosystem. Before moving into legal technology, he served as an Assistant District Attorney in Philadelphia, where he managed active caseloads in the Trial Division. That litigation background, combined with legal tech experience across product management, customer success, and CLE training, informs how he approaches building tools for legal professionals. Alex earned his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law and is licensed in Pennsylvania and Maryland.

Joshua Lenon is Clio’s Lawyer in Residence. He is an attorney admitted in New York. Joshua has provided legal scholarship, legal industry insight, and ethics and compliance training within Clio for over a decade.

Alice is a Senior Product Manager at Clio Grow. She specializes in helping law firms build and nurture strong client relationships, from the first inquiry through to long-term representation. Throughout her time at Clio, Alice has worked on Grow’s marketing and communications features, and is now part of the broader team building Grow AI.

Siobhan is the Product Manager of both Clio’s billing teams, with a focus on Mid-Market firms. Since joining Clio in 2022, she has worked to bring a number of features to market to help customers have a more flexible and robust billing product that meets their needs. Throughout her career, Siobhan has always been an advocate for her customers, by ensuring feature requests and feedback are reviewed and prioritized, chatting with customers about what’s missing from their workflow, and helping people optimize their existing workflows with features they may not be familiar with. She is always looking for the next thing that can help make Clio’s billing product even better.

Adrian Francis is a Director of Product Management at Clio, where he leads Clio Manage responsible for core practice management workflows including Matters, Contacts, Activities, and Billing. Adrian played a pivotal role in building and scaling Clio Payments and FinTech to help law firms streamline their financial workflow.
