Hi, I'm Aniket 👋

Software Engineer @ Wells Fargo · Building backend systems & LLM agents

LinkedIn dev.to Email

🧭 About me

I'm a full stack engineer on the platform team at Wells Fargo, Bangalore — mostly living in distributed systems (Java/Spring Boot, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes) by day, and pulling apart agentic AI / RAG systems by night. Started out in Electrical Engineering at NIT Rourkela, drifted into software during a Barclays internship, and spent a summer building open-source tooling with IHR through Google Summer of Code — never really stopped tinkering since.

  • 🎓 Background: Electrical Engineering, NIT Rourkela → backend engineering → applied AI
  • ✍️ I occasionally write about the DevOps/Go rabbit holes I fall into
  • ⚡ Ask me about: Kafka pipelines, LangGraph state machines, or why your chunk overlap shouldn't exceed your chunk size

🔧 Toolbox

Java Go Spring Boot Python Kafka PostgreSQL Redis Docker Kubernetes LangGraph pgvector

🚀 A couple of things I've built

🛡️ ragent

A guardrail-first policy assistant on LangGraph — hybrid RAG retrieval, a cumulative frustration-scoring escalation model, and an async Celery/Redis ingestion pipeline. My deep dive into "what does a production-grade agent actually need beyond a nice demo."
A distributed multiplayer matchmaking system built on Nakama — real-time match lifecycle, geohash-based matchmaking, and the fun kind of race conditions that only show up under concurrent load.
