Schedule TT-Admins follow-up meeting

This issue was discussed in the Office Hours session on May 23, 2026.

A dedicated TT-Admins meeting will take place right after the weekly Tuesday Slack meeting to coordinate the open coordination topics.

Tasks

• Pick a date and time (right after a Tuesday Slack meeting)
• Send the invite to the TT-Admins with the agenda
• Make sure both Goals documents are available before the meeting

Context

Several coordination topics (Goals 2026, handbook revision, badge system, Sensei) need alignment among the TT-Admins. A short dedicated meeting after the regular Tuesday Slack meeting is the agreed format.

Update from the Office Hours on 2026-06-27: we talked about whether the TT-Admins meeting and the Triage meeting should be separate or merged. The suggestion is a regular cadence that we cancel when there's nothing to discuss. We'll work this out in the meeting-formats proposal.
