Sync `data_valid_icon_names` with the equivalent provider in WordPress/wordpress-develop#12624 so that it no longer overlaps with `data_invalid_icon_names` (names ending in a hyphen or underscore are invalid), and add coverage for single-character names and digits adjacent to separators. Aligns the
data_valid_icon_namesdata provider inWP_Icons_Registry_Gutenbergtests with the one in Core.Why?
The Core PR changed both the icon name validation regexp and its test data providers. Gutenberg already has the updated regexp, so only the test data needs to be synced.
Testing Instructions
No production logic changes. All CI checks should pass.
