Tcp connection keepalive period time shouble be configable

Could tcp connection keepalive period time configable?

Here, the time is fixed for 3 minutes. It doesn't work where the client's keep alive time less than 3 minutes. Tcp connection is closed by the other side.

you can configure it like that:
