Update / replace translation files

As noted in Plugin Translations for All Plugins from 2015, plugins on WP.org are able to benefit from translations available and maintained via GlotPress. As such, we should confirm that the translations listed in https://github.com/mailchimp/wordpress/tree/main/po properly exist on the plugin's GlotPress instance and if so then ensure that all strings are marked as translatable in the code and then remove the po directory and its contents as no longer necessary.

I'm working through updating the po files and ensuring everything is up to date. In our formatting and linting updates, many translation had to be updated to account for placeholders, and translation help text has been added.

This will need to be uploaded to translate.wordpress.org, I will provide a zip of po files. Ex: https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/es/default/wp-plugins/mailchimp/

@nateconley note that we'll want to make sure any strings (new, updated, old) are properly translatable per https://developer.wordpress.org/plugins/internationalization/how-to-internationalize-your-plugin/.

Since the previous "Text Domain" (mailchimp_i18n) did not match the plugin slug (mailchimp), the current .org translate page appears broken: https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/mailchimp/

A user identified as a plugin author should be able to import the existing .po files, attached here, and use the CLPTE process to import: https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/handbook/plugin-theme-authors-guide/pte-request/#cross-locale-project-translation-editor I would assume this will have to be done after the 1.6.0 release, as no strings in the actual plugin codebase exist on the .org GlotPress instance.

I did run through the existing code base and updated the translators comments, double checked strings for translatability (globally searched for __( and _e(). The initial linting work caught a few cases of variables inside of translation strings.

I've downloaded the PO ZIP file and will coordinate with Mailchimp post 1.6.0 release to upload to GlotPress.
