1. Original Code: Core development must happen during the hackathon period. Open-source libraries and standard APIs are allowed.

2. Team Limit: Maximum of 4 people per team. All members seeking prizes must be registered on the Devpost roster.

3. Functional Output: Projects with non-working links, empty repositories, or private video links will not be evaluated.
