Michael Greco founded FUSE3 in 1997, starting the company from the ground up and building it into a firm of over 30 professionals serving small businesses across Northern California. In the early years he was directly responsible for operations, IT, and cybersecurity, establishing the technical foundation and operational discipline the company still runs on today. As FUSE3 has grown his role has evolved to focus on strategic vision, leadership development, and guiding the firm through its next chapter. That includes shaping how AI fits into what FUSE3 delivers for small businesses across NorCal and where the company goes from here. Outside of work Michael enjoys working on his farm and spending time with his family.
James LoVecchio is the Director of Service Delivery at FUSE3, responsible for cybersecurity, managed IT, and making sure every client interaction is grounded in genuine technical expertise. He holds a CISSP certification alongside ITIL v4 Foundation and CompTIA A+ credentials. James leads the technical staff at FUSE3 with a focus on preventing problems before they happen. For construction firms, nonprofits, and professional services businesses across NorCal that means fewer disruptions, faster resolution when issues arise, and a support team that already understands a client's setup before the call comes in. His work in AI governance helps clients adopt AI tools in a way that is secure, practical, and aligned with how their operations actually run. When he is not working through the latest cybersecurity challenges he can be found giving his truck a proper mud bath in the Northern California wilderness, smoking something on his Traeger, or losing badly at online gaming.
Gabriel Fernandez is the Director of Operations at FUSE3 with over 20 years in the technology industry. His focus is on scaling service delivery, strengthening operational discipline, and making sure clients receive consistent and proactive IT and security support. For the business owners and executives he works with, Gabriel's goal is always the same: create clarity around technology, security, and operational risk so they can run their organizations more efficiently and confidently. He brings deep experience leading service and operations teams, designing scalable processes, and partnering with leadership to turn strategy into execution within managed IT and cybersecurity environments. Outside of work Gabriel enjoys traveling with his family, spending time with his Yorkies Chewie and Leia, all things Star Wars, and exploring new restaurants as a committed foodie.
