    Opinions will vary quite a lot on this one, but mine is that everyone should have been given the option of diploma privilege. Of course, there's the risk that those who did not pass on a previous attempt would not have passed this time. But there's also a risk that those taking

    The Washington Supreme Court has spoken on the issue. In short, if you've never taken the bar exam prior to this July, you can get diploma privilege, if you choose that option. I presume the reason they are giving this choice is that diploma privilege isn't portable, so even
