    No matter how many great meetings and successful strategy discussions I have in a day, nothing compares to the joy I feel when my kids walk into my office after a long day. Their presence reminds me why I work so hard and why every challenge is worth it.

    Nobody cares when you’re grinding. They don’t see the 5 a.m. alarms. They don’t see the nights you traded sleep for work. When you finally win, they’ll call it luck. Let them. You know the blood and hours you put in. And that’s all that matters.

    Jobs aren’t so easy to find. I'm sure you've heard people say they’ve been looking for a job for years. However, one thing you can do for yourself is show up online. This is especially for people who don’t have “connections.” Talk about what you do, show what you can do.

    The life you're looking for is in that hard and smart work. Yes, luck counts too. But... when you’re constantly doing everything you can to go closer to your goal, opportunities will come along the way, including luck. Position yourself to make those moments easier to come.
