    🚨BREAKING🚨 In GOA's case, a federal court just stuck down NFA registration for: ❌Suppressors ❌Short-Barreled Rifles ❌Short-Barreled Shotguns GOA & our allies in Congress eliminated the tax. The National Firearms Act of 1934 is now UNCONSTITUTIONAL as applied.

    Everyone knows the NFA infringes on 2A rights and that imposing registration for a $0 tax is unconstitutional. DOJ needs to be careful. Stalling GOA’s victory with an appeal could depress gun owner turnout in November, while embracing GOA’s victory would energize the base!

    Congratulations to @DAGToddBlanche on his confirmation as Attorney General. We hope to see him remedy the 2A mistakes of the Bondi DOJ. STEP 1 should be to cease defending NFA gun registration and to embrace Judge Hendrix’s decision: the $0 is an unconstitutional tax!

    Representative Clyde is correct. Congress must use the reconciliation process to repeal the remaining National Firearms Act taxes. This infringement cannot be allowed to stand any further!

    This week’s court victory is the most significant win against the NFA since it was enacted 92 years ago. We must protect this historic ruling and build on its success to fully RESTORE our Second Amendment freedoms.

    The U.S. Constitution supersedes ANY law that violates the Constitution. We need an Attorney General who recognizes that fact & will not continue to fight GOA & other 2A allies in court. We call on all Senators to urge @DAGToddBlanche not to appeal our victory against the NFA.
