Every "new" agent technique gets flattened into a meme version everyone can use badly. Loop engineering became the "Ralph loop." Fine, that's how ideas spread. Graphs are next and the answer for how to do it right already exists. It's the same orchestration discipline the data

A data team put an MCP server in front of their warehouse and told everyone: skip the query requests, just ask your agent. "They did that for a week, and then the agent took down the warehouse and ran up a huge bill 'cause it did SELECT * in BigQuery." The agent wasn't broken.
