    Almost a year later and that bug is still there, not to mention the FPS degradation after 30min of play and random broken things with Meta’s A/B tests. What a disaster.

    State of the Quest ecosystem: Horizon home is stuck loading forever with CPU cranked to 8. By the time you launch your app, the headset can't keep the cpu at level 8 so loading is sluggish and the SoC is at high temperature. It's been like this for 8 months...

    Still not fixed in latest v2.1 OS and on top of that, the Horizon portal sometimes pops in your face preventing you from interacting with anything else.

    VR Developers, don’t use the Meta XR SDK to develop your games. Whether you use Unity or Unreal, you should use the built-in OpenXR support in the engines. The Meta XR SDK only works with Quest & Link; it is a buggy mess hardcoded to not work with other runtimes and headsets.
