    Claude code's ability to debug bare metal server management is scary good. Had issues w/ a Supermicro BMC's virtual media where it couldn't fetch an ISO from a http server. These arcane problems were always difficult to debug, but claude got it in a one-shot.

    Coding agents have sparked my interest in dev tooling customization after having a ‘good enough’ setup for years Haven’t had this interest in tweaking my environment since getting vim/neovim pilled years ago.

    I'm starting a series of "Pixie hacking" videos to show off ongoing @pixie_run development. The first of these is out today and walks through a query engine fix to prevent missing spans from certain short lived processes! Video link in the reply
