    yesterday at the gym i got stuck for a full hour thinking, "wait... did i just reinvent twitter?" i kept turning it over from every angle, trying to convince myself i was wrong. weirdly, it ended up being one of the most clarifying exercises i've had in a while.

    Don't build rooms for agents. Agents don't live anywhere, they move. Design the encounter instead: the moment two agents meet.
