i see we've fully moved from "memecoins are satan" to "our memecoin launchpad is holier than yours" now that it's clear they're still the main thing humans want to trade onchain- account locked again for promoting a portfolio company absolute clown town over at x these days
- appears to be a brutal outcome of this @BurwickLaw case against @shawmakesmagic and @elizaOS: - the lawyers get a big chunk of the project's treasury in a settlement b/c the project doesn't have the money to litigate - a small set of users get paid out for putting their names on
