    Today marks 2 years exactly. Today, the ADHDers win. I thought it would take 5+ years to become bigger than my favorite podcast, but it took about 22 months. I launched The Koerner Office as a 10 episode test 2 years ago today. Here are my download numbers: 2024: 715,025 - 60%

    As a lifelong connoisseur of frozen pizzas from all walks of life, I can say with 100% confidence that this stuff right here is straight magic. The Fairlife of frozen pizza. You could serve this in a nice Italian restaurant and it would get rave reviews. The world should know.

    If you want to light your money on fire, trade in your car. Tesla offered me $35,300 for my trade-in. I spent 30 minutes taking pictures on my iPhone & listing to FB Marketplace for $50k (another reason I love FBM) After 1 week & ~2.5 hours of chatting w/ buyers it sold

    If you spend $400,000 opening a peach cobbler restaurant, I can’t help you. This is the fastest growing dessert franchise in the world. But how? I ate here tonight. Can you make a restaurant work on one meal? Yes. Enter Chicken Salad Chick. But that meal has to be 10/10 good.
