- thanks to several users' investigations, we've been able to apply a fix (delisting a certain cipher that was part of the "ban" criteria being enforced). russian users should be able to connect again. thanks for your patience.it looks like russia may have blocked the cloudflare internet (including osu!). it's likely not targeted at blocking osu! specifically, but there's not much we can do right now..
