Enable control socket by default 
Given that the stability of dilloc has improved and it is expected that
it will be used with page actions, we should remove the experimental
consideration and enable it by default.

The support for the control socket can still be disabled at configure
time with --disable-control-socket, which will also prevent dilloc from
being built.

Dillo web browser

Dillo is a multi-platform graphical web browser, known for its speed and small footprint, that is developed with a focus on personal security and privacy. It is built with the FLTK 1.3 GUI toolkit.

To install Dillo follow the installation guide.

You can clone the latest version of Dillo directly from our git server:

We also keep the following mirrors updated in case our git server fails:

The commits are signed with the same OpenPGP we use for the releases.
