[SubDyn] Non-unique fields in SubDyn input file

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

After adding the rectangular members to SubDyn, the field NPropSet is now present twice in the input file.
This makes it more difficult to look for documentation and for automatic reading of the input file.

I suggest using NPropSetsCyl and NPropSetsRec to be consistent with HydroDyn.
