Feature or improvement description
Due to reordering of the AeroDyn subroutine calls, MHK loads are not being added to blade hydrodynamic loads when OLAF is used.

AeroDyn
Test results, if applicable
Tests should not be affected, as no MHK r-tests currently use OLAF. There are no documentation or api changes.
