Feature or improvement description
Fixed a bug with SeaState initialization in the AeroDyn driver code. The IfW
FlowFieldpointer must be assigned before callingSeaSt_Init. Otherwise, SeaState cannot estimate the current speed needed forWvCrntMod>0.Impacted areas of the software
