For Gutenberg, is it 22.6 or 22.7?

I ran https://github.com/priethor/gutenberg-release-monitor and I got 22.7. Perusing the 22.7 release post, that does seem like a valid assessment. WDYT, @annezazu?

This release was a bit confusing because it changed how Gutenberg is integrated into the core, but I think 22.6 is correct.
