There is #889 left to do as a crucial enhancement to this module, so potentially the person who picks up that issue would be a great candidate to include as additional code owner here.

Summary
The
CODEOWNERSfile has been out of date for quite a while, including several contributors that haven't been active for more than 1 year. This leads to them being unnecessarily pinged, while active contributors may miss out on work their review would be helpful on.This PR proposes updates to the file, removing any such inactive contributors and suggesting new owners as applicable. Please feel free to suggest additional or alternative code owners as part of your review.
