Refactor the "Upload to servers" step to download server configuration JSON files (cache.jq and upload.jq) dynamically from github.armbian.com instead of using the ones in output/info/. This ensures the workflow always uses the most up-to-date server configurations. Also simplifies the conditional logic for uploading to cache and upload servers, removing redundant repository checks.
