The CLI isn't working #609
Description
On the develop branch (commit c0f27cf), running npm start -- --task cifar10 --numberOfUsers 2 --epochs 2 --roundDuration 5 triggers consecutive module not found errors.
It seems many dependencies are missing from the CLI package.json, such as tfjs, tfjs-node, axios, etc.
