Add more ReactNotificationService tests

We should have more IReactNotificationService tests, especially to test things like:

• subscribe, unsubscribe, subscribe
• nested notification services etc
• subscribing twice on the same node
• subscribing twice on sibblings and then unsubscribe.
• Error case for removing subscription twice?
