Hover not working for turbofish type

I just noticed that I can hover the Vec here:

But I can't hover the Vec here:

Notice though that both of them I can do goto def on both. Odd that the hover doesn't work but goto def does...

Goto def working but not hover is presumably because Racer is working but not save-analysis.
