HackMHS expects there to be no discrimination of any kind. Discrimination is interpreted as  improper or unfair treatment of another competitor, volunteer, organizer, judge or sponsor This  includes, but is not limited to: 

• Race, or the color of someone’s skin 

• Nationality, or country of origin 

• Gender Identity 

• Sexual Orientation 

• Disability 

• Religion 

• Political Views 

• Age 

• Coding Merit/Skill 

• Chosen Coding Language 

• Dietary Restrictions 

HackMHS expects courtesy from our competitors and will not permit harassment of any kind by anyone in attendance. Any rude commentary or verbal attacks on any competitor, volunteer,  organizer, judge or sponsor is considered harassment. Any sexual conduct (both consensual and  nonconsensual) or unwanted contact (physical and verbal) will result in immediate removal from  HackMHS, and possible legal action. This includes harassment based on, but is not limited to: 

• Gender 

• Appearance 

• Body Type 

• Clothing 

• Project Submission 

• Project Presentation 

• Online Media (Social Media, websites, etc.) 

Other Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to: 

• Illicit activity (drugs, alcohol, sexual conduct) 

• Vandalism (of HackMHS, Martin High School, HackDFW, Sponsor, or another

Competitors property) 

• Any Hacking or other Cyber Attacks 

• Roaming around the Building beyond marked boundaries.
