CEO & Leader
Cohorts

CEO Cohorts have become one of the PRC’s most valued benefits since their launch in early 2023. Cohorts consist of 6-8 non-competitive member-firm CEOs and Presidents and provide a confidential setting to share knowledge, discuss challenges and develop ideas.

Based on the popularity of the CEO Cohorts, Leader Cohorts for senior leaders (Managing Directors and SVPs) were launched in 2024.

The commitment to join a cohort is to attend 1-2 in-person meetings and 1-2 virtual meetings annually.

When you’re facing a high-stakes decision, the right conversation can change everything. Our Rapid Executive Advisory Introductions connect you within 72 hours to a vetted peer who has navigated exactly what you’re navigating — a pricing model shift, a leadership transition, a potential acquisition, or the harder question of what your firm becomes on the other side of it. Matches are made personally, based on your firm’s profile and the specific decision at hand.
