Go to Programs->All Programs and read the Posted Details in each Program box.  This is the Program Page, which has an overview of each program.  Note that login in required to view.
First, become a TAP member (see information on the home page or elsewhere in this FAQ).  Only TAP members may join Certification/Integration programs.

Then while logged in as a TAP member, go to Programs->All Programs and click on "Join Program" in the appropriate program box.  The TAP member then follows instructions.  Certification/Integration programs generally require vetting by VMware, usually in the form of a questionnaire that VMware will review.  Once VMware reviews the vetting, a decision will be made and the TAP member will be informed directly regarding next steps.
In general, there are no fees to join a Certification/Integration program.
To request Not-for-Resale (NFR) development licenses, please go to the TAP Portal home page.  Scroll down to “Technology Alliance Program Tools" and click Request NFR Licenses.
First, you must be a TAP member.  See the Home page for more details.  Then you must successfully onboard into a Certification/Integration program (see above).  Once these actions have been successfully taken, click on Support Services in the left-hand side menu and follow instructions there.  The Wolken Service Desk is used for such questions and is described there.
There are no fees to ask questions.  However, TAP members should be judicious in asking questions, as there is a limited number of questions available based on past usage.  VMware recommends carefully reading all program, certification and SDK documentation and help files before asking any questions.
The Broadcom Compatibility Guide (BCG) is a public web site owned by Broadcom.  It shows our joint customers the TAP member hardware products and software solutions that have been certified via a Certification/Integration program, along with VMware product version compatibility, certified feature attributes and other information.  This on-line tool is regularly updated to ensure customers always have the latest guidance from VMware available to them.  More information can be found in the left-hand side menu, Certification and Validation -> Listing Services -> BCG.
There is no cost to post on the VCG.
No.  BCG listings follow a specific Broadcom-defined format per Certification/Interoperability Program.  TAP member listings in the BCG will adhere to this format.
A help document is provided for the TAP Portal and Wolken Service Desk.  Please review it.  For additional questions, please open a ticket in the Broadcom Support Portal:  support.broadcom.com
